◈TERM OF SERVICE

▷ REGULAR TERMS

• Make sure you want ordered anime/ manhwa style. I can for human, humanoid, kemonomimi, etc. For pets, furry or animal I rarely accept it.
• A sign that you have ordered a commission by providing a reference. So if there is no reference, it can say that you have not ordered and have not entered my commission note (except for those who have booked before).
• For booking: please tell me what the date you want to reserve. I will DM you and after 2x24 hours nothing replay/ answer the booking can be canceled from my list.
• Please send me a proper references (no blur images, maincraft skin, etc.).
• Custom design (don't have proper refsheet) get extracharge start $10 depends on the difficulty.
• Please read the pricelist carefully. For commercial use it 2x total prices
• After the sketch is finished, it cannot be canceled (no refund).
• Can only be revised twice during sketch. For minor is three.
• I can decline the commission if it doesn't match.
• If you don't want commission results to be uploaded on social media, you can say it first.
• 1-3 weeks more of work (depending on the queue and some irl assigment).
• Payment up front before sketch.
• PLEASE DON'T GHOSTING ME IF THE SKETCH IS READY.

• Furry (kemonomimi is ok)
• NSFW (R18, etc.)
• Overly detailed background

▷ USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The client may not use AI-related service, sell or license the commissioned work as a non-fungible token (NFT), cryptocurrency, or other blockchain-related service and technology.

▷ PROCESS

• Send me your proper references and your type request (please DM on my Twitter).
• Payment up front 50% or full payment (I'll send you invoice trough Paypal)
• I'll give you the rough sketch. If it's ready, next to the clean sketch step (you can take revision in the sketch section). If I haven't provided a sketch for a week, you can ask me through DM on Twitter.
• Full payment (if you choose 50% payment up front).
• I'll give you the base color progress.
• Finishing the coloring progress.
• I ask you about the final progress (coloring and rendering done).
• If you agree I can send the result to your email.
